Personalised training plans
Structured training that reflects your fitness, race timeline, strengths, limiters and recovery capacity.
Personalised swim, bike, run and strength coaching for athletes chasing smarter training, stronger racing, and long-term performance.
From daily training decisions to race-day execution, Blur Coaching gives every session a purpose and every build a clear direction.
Blur Coaching is led by Blair Loggie, a former professional triathlete from the United Kingdom. Blair went from his first triathlon to becoming Overall Age Group Winner at IRONMAN 70.3 St. George and 2x Overall Age Group Winner at IRONMAN 70.3 Andorra in just 1.5 years.
That progression led to training under Jono Hall with the Canadian Olympic Triathlon Team, alongside athletes preparing for Tokyo, before Blair raced professionally. The coaching approach is built from that exact path: precise structure, honest feedback, smart load management, and race execution that holds up under pressure.
Training structure, race specificity and feedback built around the athlete in front of the coach.
Every plan is built around your goals, history, available training time and the demands of your target race.
Structured training that reflects your fitness, race timeline, strengths, limiters and recovery capacity.
Sessions are built around work, family, travel and the reality of staying consistent as a busy athlete.
Swim, bike, run and strength training work together rather than competing for energy.
Pacing, nutrition, transitions, terrain and mental execution are prepared before race week arrives.
Your plan is adjusted based on how you are absorbing the work, not just what was written in advance.
TrainingPeaks and performance data help guide decisions without losing sight of feel and context.
You always understand what matters in the week ahead, where to focus and when to adjust.
A coach in your corner through the hard blocks, setbacks, nerves, lessons and breakthrough days.
Triathlon rewards consistency, but consistency is difficult when fatigue, life stress, missed sessions and race pressure all arrive at once. Coaching gives you structure when you need direction and judgement when the plan needs to change.
Tell Blair where you are now, what you are aiming for and what life looks like around training. If there is a good fit, you will get a clear next step.
